the room was very clean and nicely furnished, and the bed was super comfy!!!
The bathroom is a design disaster, and you can't see yourself in the bathroom mirror because it's smoked glass. there's little to no face-level lighting. All you can see are shadows. hand towels are provided, but there's nowhere to hang them, so you just have to kind of throw them on the counter. How annoying!!!

the rooftop pool area had great views (i guess).
I booked a beautiful king room, but it felt cramped. the shower's design was odd as water splashed onto the vanity area, so not exactly makeup-friendly. the absence of luggage staff at checkout was a real head-scratcher. A polo-shirted staff member initially refused to assist me with my luggage, saying he was busy. Only helping after i found someone else to intervene.

the location is perfect for exploring. i felt pampered by friendly staff. the breakfast options in the executive lounge tasted very delicious. i also appreciated the location close to public transport.
the check-in process took quite long because only two people was working at reception. this causes a slow queue. it could improve with more staff.

The breakfast offered a perfect start to the day. It was delicious. the rooftop Mexican street food at el chido was excellent and nice. marlea and christine provided excellent service as waitresses. i spent time at the roofside pool. It had very nice views.
the jacuzzi area attached to the pool was not working.
